What’s included in the price?
On a monthly basis we will supply you with pay slips, management information e.g. Total cost of payroll and pay slip for amounts due to HMRC. We will process any starters and leavers during the year. Deal with SSP, SMP and SPP and file all year end p35’s as well as supplying P60’s.
How do I get the information to you?
There are a number of was this can be done. You may pay your employees a set amount
each month. If this is the case you wont need to do anything we will automatically
send payroll until you tell us differently. If you pay by the hour you simply inform
us of the number of hours each month either by email, phone or fax. You may want
to provide an amount you have calculated your self -
How long will processing payroll take?
Once you provide us with payment details, we will be able to post payroll the same day. You can also request a PDF of the payroll.
How long is the contract?
We do not ask you to sign any contract you are free to leave at any time. We will ask you to read and sign a letter of engagement. Which is a standard agreement between you and us outlining our service. We will also ask you for money laundering information.
What do I do if I have a question regarding payroll?
We are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding payroll or anything else regarding accountancy and taxation. Please call or email.
How do we pay for the service
We will ask you to complete a standing order mandate and return it to us. The price we charge has been reduced by 20% to take this into consideration.
How can I order additional services?
If you would like a quote for any other services such as accounts, bookkeeping or VAT processing. Please contact us or see
